Ramakrishna Mission Vidyapith is a boy’s residential senior secondary school. With big and serene campus, this is a place which should not missed at any cost. Following are the places of interests inside the campus of the school.

It’s a centre of attraction for the religious people. Religious festivals, prayers and other aesthetic events take place there. It;s open most of the times during school hours. 
Ram Krishna Mission is also famous for its dairy. It is fun to watch fifties of cows of foreign breed being farmed together under a large hall with advanced facilities and their calves left open and jumping all around.

Tower chowk:

Though it is only a market place but you can find almost any stuff of your choice. From this area whole of the other important areas like railway station, bus stand etc. of Deoghar are connected well. Besides, its the main market to find internet shops, hotels, restaurants etc.  The famous things that you can buy here are:

Pickles (especially of Chilli and amla)
Rabri (Condensed milk)
Paranthe

Religious books and clothings

Naulakha Temple, Deoghar:

The name Naulakha means “9 Lacs in Hindi”. It is said that the temple was built with the donation of 9 lacs. It is just 2 kms away from the main town and famous for 146 ft. statues of Radha and Krishna and its magnificent architecture.

Tapovan (The forest of penance):

Situated at about 10 Kms from Main city, this place is famous for caves and temples of Shiva. It is said that Sage Valmiki (Who wrote the holy Hindu book Ramayana) came here for penance. There is still a famous temple of lord Shiva but you can only see it from a distance. touching is the God is restricted so, there is another duplicate Lingam in front of the temple.

Trikut Parvat:

It is a hill situated almost 15 Kms from the main town. This hill has three main peaks and that’s why it is called trikut parvat where tri means “three”.

– Ropeway (Charges Rs. 80 fro a ride of around 10 mins to the top)

What to do at Babadham?
-  Buy Peda,  Choora and other stuffs
– Eat cheap and best at Hotel Neelkamal (at tower chowk)
– Buy from handloom and gramodyog shops
– Drink lassi and have Paranthe..
– Buy famous peda at Ghormara on the way from Deoghar to Basukinath
